Our Story
LatticeGTM was created to address a structural gap in modern go-to-market. Over two decades in technology, channel, and GTM revealed a consistent gap: companies invest in ecosystem strategy, but lack the partner programs, intelligence, and operating models required to make that strategy real inside the business. LatticeGTM exists to fill that gap.
Our advisory work is grounded in structured frameworks that support strategic decision-making and operational execution, including maturity models, attribution frameworks, incentive models, ecosystem operating systems, and partner intelligence architectures.
Our History
LatticeGTM is an independent consultancy founded by Evelyn Hsia. With over 20 years of GTM leadership experience, Evelyn has led high-growth initiatives at Cisco, WePay, GE, Automation Anywhere, and Hubspot. She has built sales and marketing operations from the ground up, scaled ecosystem motions, and worked on both the vendor and channel partner side, which provides a 360° view of ecosystem GTM.
